Added Money/Added:

Money contributed by local businesses to the prize pot. Ex: "What's the added?

Average:

The combined score for multiple rounds. Ex: "He placed third in the average with 19.1 seconds on two head."

Barrel Man:

An entertainer using a barrel to distract bulls and protect riders.
